Voysing is provided as free and open-source software. You are granted permission to:

• Use the application for personal vocal training
• Access all features in demo mode without creating an account
• Export your progress data at any time
• Modify the source code for personal use (if self-hosting)

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the application
• Not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Take responsibility for the security of your account (if using authentication)
• Use appropriate volume levels to protect your hearing during vocal exercises

⚠️ Important Notice:

• Voysing is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional vocal coaching or medical advice
• Improper vocal technique can cause strain or injury. If you experience pain, hoarseness, or discomfort, stop immediately and consult a professional
• Always warm up before intensive vocal exercises
• Stay hydrated during practice sessions
• If you have existing vocal issues or medical conditions, consult a doctor or vocal specialist before use

Voysing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• That all browsers or devices will be fully supported
• Permanent storage of your data (always export important progress)

The Voysing source code is open-source under the MIT License. However:

• The Voysing name and branding are trademarks
• User-generated content (recordings, progress data) remains your property
• Exercise content and training methodologies are provided as educational resources

In no event shall Voysing or its creators be liable for:

• Any vocal injury or strain resulting from use of the application
• Loss of data or progress
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical issues with your device or browser
• Any issues arising from self-hosted deployments

You use this service at your own risk.

By granting microphone access:

• You understand audio is processed in real-time for pitch detection
• No audio is recorded unless you explicitly save a recording
• You can revoke microphone access at any time
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record in your location
